Take a box of brownie mix and add 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of water. Mix well. If it seems to dry add a teaspoon of water at a time. You want them to be a little dry. Once you have a stiff mix take a spoonful of mix and put a Hershey kiss in the middle then make a ball. Roll ball around in powder sugar and put on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 8 – 10 minutes. Cookie should not look doughy.
